I think the year was 1968. The brownies won 1st prize for best decorated float in the village fete held down the rec. I'm the one in the middle holding the hat.

Yes this is the large house set back on Green St. Now called Regent's Ct. but used to be Scratton House. I remember playing on these steps as a boy.
