I'm perhaps only guessing, but I think the boy in the right foreground is sitting on the wall roughly where the bridge is now. Behind him would be West Fen? The row of elms wold be between the rec. and Tylers shed yard?

From Lawrence Robinson: The near building on the left is Lloyds Bank. The site of the thatched cottage on left is now occupied by Barclays Bank and the Post Office. Alan Robinson, the former postmaster, now lives in the "new" house next door to the Post Office and behind the high wall.

This barn is now a house conversion at the bottom of Long Lane.If you look closely you can see that the back wall is bricked up, due to the difference in ground levels.

From AndrewC: Mr Percy Few's barn front elevation, from the state of the yard, I would imagine this was taken in the Mid 80's shortly before the conversion started.
