Right, only the lower parts of the rood screen and side chapels were left in 1890. Rev Watkins has the tops replaced based on an 18th C drawing which, unfortunately, has now been lost.

Note no chancel arch at this time, nor does there appear to be the full surround for the lady chapel, or the vestry (AndrewC)

From the age of the cars, this must have been taken very shortly before the Nave of the church was reroofed, which was either late 60's or early 70's (AndrewC)
