We don't know the date but a good estimate would be around 1910 - 1920.

Reg & Connie Johns' house on the left. I used to love going over to see them when I was little. There was a really old bread oven in their house.

Shop on the right was Haynes Bros.who also kept the one now the Co-Op. This was also destroyed by fire.

Taken from in front of Sam Burgess's gates. The shops on the right are now the hairdressers. The second shop used to be an electrical store (Kilburn's). The first house on the left is Reg Johns' house.

It was used as the rectory until 2000 when a new Rectory was found on Rampton End. Last Rector there was Liz Hubbard.
