I believe this house was used as a quarantine house at times of contagious diseases

Long Lane, towards the turning for Thodays Close. Most of the lime tree's are still there.

Bill Raven took over the shop from Lizzie Cole. The path down the side of the shop leading to (did lead to) two houses is called White's Path.

I think the man in the foreground is John Theodore Thurston, son of Stanley Thurston,at this time, the dodgem track would be built up to the left of where he is standing, and the trailer would park on the grass between him and the photographer
