Yes this is Harry Beaumont, my uncle. My father, Arthur Beaumont wound the church clock when Bert Huckle was unable to do so. I remember as a child helping to turn the winder. My Uncle did not wind the clock until after the death of my father in 1959. My father lived opposite the church and my Uncle lived in the High Street.

Yes it definitely is Harry Beaumont, Arthur Beaumonts brother. Harry did run the electrical shop, and owned one of the first televisions in the locality.

Yes it is Harry Beaumont and he did wind the church clock. He lived opposite the church and had an electical shop. Bert Huckell wound the church clock as well - and it was always on time ....
